Minimum bids are posted clearly on our auction listings, and we never use a reserve price; so you know every bid counts. Since every handmade item is different from every other, it is often impossible to establish an exact retail value on this type of merchandise. Sometimes we may offer our best judgment about what an item is likely to retail for in this country. Please do not consider these estimates to be expert appraisals or use them for insurance purposes.

Your purchase will be carefully packaged and shipped by UPS or Priority Mail, if possible. The price of shipping insurance is always included in the S&H rate posted in each listing, and all shipments will be insured for your protection.

We regret that -- at present -- we cannot ship outside the United States. Please do not bid if you don't have an American shipping address. Thank you for understanding.
